AUTOMATIC SELF-CLEANING FILTERS

Filtran filtration established by three engineer end of 2014 to manufacture automatic self cleaning filters ( ASCF ) under Filtran brand located in Istanbul. We have over 15 years experience for automatic self cleaning filters in the market.
Filtran ASCFs have stainless steel body and filter cartridges are made from both stainless steel and polyester fabric. Filtration level of filter cartridges start from 1 micron to 3000 micron. Our polyester screen filters has uniuqe feature which is cleanable and remove particles bigger than 1 micron. Also we can design parallel filters and we don't have a flow rate limits.
We are always trying to improve our self cleaning technology to reach excellent solution. Our aim is to reach 100% efficiency for self cleaning technology.
There is several parameters to install right filtration system ;
1 ) to identify correct particule load
2 ) to recognize the process
3 ) to determine micron rating

Filtran engineers are making all inspections and technical tests before design a filtration system. We have test device to determine micron rating of your water. This test show us needed filter surface area and micron rating. And we can design right filters for right solutions.
Most of industrial company do not have right and enough knowledge to find solution for power, time and labor losses because of problems caused by particles in their process water.
